I love subcultures. I love the underground movement, the underground music/clothings scene like how people make do with money restraints yet not bastardizing creativity. I love the evolution of how people try to create something of their own to something which is widely accepted, feels like a big family. I like to find out the backstories of each brand, they can be so inspiring, heartwarming and touching. I think the people who buy from a streetwear brand is not only buying the hype or the clothes or shoes, they are buying the lifestyle. I'm not a guy, I don't wear streetwear and I don't skate. But this is something I find remarkable and interesting about streetwear. I think its something created by the people for the people, instead of the usual commercial junk.
It so sad that there arent much casual streetwear clothing for girls, at least not in Singapore. Girls here wear blogshops. The clothes are nice! But they look like uniforms when everybody on the street is wearing the same thing. flock and abuse. When you wear something different here, people look at you like your some alien landing on the wrong side of the ultra universe. Sad right? People feel oppressed to conform to the boring and sombre taste of public. If theres even a streetwear brand for girls in Singapore which I find keen interest in, I swear I'll wear it everyday like its a fashion bible. Till then, I prefer to err on the side of caution and just stick to boring basics.
How hot is it if all the girls wear Supreme! Girls in Supreme

I'm having a major crush on her, shes thai.

I like Bathing Ape and Undercover for ladies too. Oh man, how I wish I wish I wish I wish I have the money! Then I'll buy like bathing ape and Undercover to replace my entire wardrobe. Erm ya. But its not just Supreme or Undercover or any other streetwear that makes up a subculture, it includes music and art as well. I'm not trying to sound like a culturist, in fact I'm far from it but I'm just talking about the things I have taken interest in.
I like Banksy and Singapore's Banksy, TR853-1 too. Google it.
