I caved in. I chose shoes over the Taschen art book but they aren't just shoes mind you. They are my favourite converse classics hahaha. I will wear them religiously to school, to everywhere anywhere even if my clothes don't match because they are just so comfortable. I was contemplating whether to buy another Chuck Taylor? or Jack Purcell but I chose Jack Purcell instead because of their vintage washed garment. Honestly, I wanted the high-cut Chuck Taylor but that just makes my legs look like lotus.
I pledge allegiance to Converse though I only have 2 pairs right now, I'm certainly looking to own much more pairs in the future. I totally dig the converse fashion, the converse girl wearing dresses kind of look. Its like the pointe shoes in ballet so beautiful and essential. oh man I'm so happy wearing them now! (:(:
Ok I'm not very proud to say this but the first pair of Converse I own was a fake from Shanghai. Its a steal from the Shanghai market because its only 10 bucks! I must admit the Chinese reverse engineering is really something. Nobody could tell its a fake! But that was a Chuck Taylor, now its Jack Purcell. Oh wells, my mum couldn't tell she just said both pairs are red whats the difference.
I want to rock it like her.
