helloo peepies!! hahaha its already one week since I arrived at shanghai. Well, Im pretty much settled down on the new and clean apartment! it certainly feels good to go back after a rotting day at work.

My workplace is an hour bus ride from my apt..its even further down the Pudong airport; at some industrial area at the outskirts of Shanghai. Gotta wake ard 630 to catch the 7am shuttle bus..mondays and fridays remain pretty much the same with me going out occasionally after work to meet friends!(: it is so exciting to meet your friends at a foreign place!

It was my first time navigating ard shanghai alone without my housemates. Was kinda scared actually but im glad i overcame it! Great experience and very easy..took metro to central train interchange and find the correct exit thats all! People at Ren Ming Guang Chang are simple madness..they push and clog at the escalator. You gotta push..even if you dont push, they will push you. hah quite exciting in a way lol! its like survival of the fittest.

Met sl and her housemates to eat fraking NICE steamboat. The Dolar shop is 10 times nicer than crystal jade i can tell you..ingredients come cheap..the place is decorated boutique style and theres GREAT service without service charge!! WAHA if you ask me one thing i like abt shanghai, it should be the great and cheappp food. theres no such ridiculous thing as service charge and you can try any eatery..and they give you nicee food really.

Visited a few other places at shanghai but nothing really special. Heard from my friends that Shanghai is well known for its shopping places actually..not sightseeing. Guess I gotta wait till Mooncake festival or their national day before I travel down to beijing (:

Shopped at Qi Pu with friends and it is really too damn big. Walked for 7 hours straight to diff shopping places..very fascinating. Too bad the clothes and shoes they sell arent the kinds I like. There are 3 buildings altogether; but to me..one building is like 10 times of bugis street. With 3 buildings tgt, it is 30 times of bugis street! All the shopes sell about the same thing..so if you look at one of them and decide you wouldnt like them, my advice is no need to look further.

Bought a black bag and a pair of suede black shoes for interviews. I bargained for the first time and it was real fun! A sense of accomplishment when you managed to slash the price to only a quarter of the original. Takes a little acting to do that hahaha! Honestly i like the black bag moree! hahah its topshop inspired..but in good material!! only for 13 sgd..happy!

The reason why I was so late in updating my blog is cos I was shopping at taobao!! Omg i cant stopp..man..damn cheap...im going to buy that fossil wallet!!(: taobao is china online shopping site..again..its damn cheap HAHA

Oh no its monday again tmr! I hope I rot no more! really..it feels so sickening to rot for your IA..hope this is only the initial stage!!(:

PS. Sl told me if i miss singapore food, i can go back to the Raffles City at Nanjing xi lu..cos i ge to see Charles and Keith and breadtalk there!! haha..oh mann im starting to miss my family and friends now..but right now, I prefer to keep myswelf busy with work and not to think about it! hahah okok will think about it occasionally of course!!(:
