Christmas!

Pardon me for the lack of structure in the blog entry..theres just so many I want to tell but I dunno where to start from!

Picnic at Mt Faber was great fun. Oh mann gotta admit ed's cocktail sausages are not bad. Its actually real easy to make; you buy small sausages and cut the pineapple into small pieces, last step is to poke them altogether. But his mum helped him to cut the pineapple..super no sincerity! Lol..bought the famous avocado milkshake from Queenstown before going Ikea to buy more meatballs and lime jelly. The milkshake was greener than school's and I find it a tad too sweet. It only gets better after the ice is melted. Lime Jelly was damn gross when it all turned into liquid form.

The walk up to the henderson waves is toilsome. We gotta walk 2.2km upslope to reach and not forgetting the crazy monkeys! The monkeys' eyes are scary, they eyed on our food and even tried to scratch our legs..nearly screamed. Noo mr.sun is not helping too...scotching sun then. Its cheesy but our hard work really paid off when you reach the henderson waves. The bridge is made of some kinda special wood which gives you a very serene feeling..very comfortable! Played Uno stacko on a platform there..I could have won if I wasnt so rough ok...Im still good! Didnt know that zhou yi means accumulate one loss. Thought it means some ugly stuff or sth..lol. I think Im degraded to EN...eternal noob cos the thing fell when I took out only the SECOND tile..rawrr!
Wahahah..Lucky it gets cooling at night. ed hummed sang some songs..thought he did well imitating scott stapp..even though its obvious he fakes it LOL. Anyway anyway we exchanged gifts and I got a mini musical box with some cute cat pictures on it! Its really cute and I really loved it..you gotta manually turn the knob so that it plays beethoven's fur elise. (: Got him Twinnings earl grey tea leaves, hope he likes it.

Then comes Christmas eve! Seriously I was so worried and scared of the awkwardness and everything. What if he can't fit in and theres awkward silence? Irreversible damage. But it turned out that my worries are unfounded. Super glad when masa said he was a gentleman and nice chapp..first impression rules! (: Thought it was rather funny when bzk and boonsin gave some really exaggerated reactions when they saw him standing up. It felt like they just saw a total giant. LOL..bzk and boonsin are real funny too..they just add on spice to our otherwise borrringgg dinner by giving hilarious reactions when each dish was served. They nearly commented on everything from smell to colour. Its a thai buffet you see..apparently not all of us can take spiciness very well (: EXCEPT FOR MARISSA. She sat beside me..not being grumpy and all and ate her food peacefully and steadily. She beat the guys hands down man! bzk was being unusually chatty and noisy and fidgety HAHA. Its really funny cos the previous time I saw him at ry's house..he was still very shy. and its an untold fact that ry and bzk are sticky sticky sticky haha! no offence! think its understandable..when they only see each other once a week or sth (: Boonsin's voice is totally like a robot.

its suanthai/swanthai at liang court basement1. Buffet in alacarte style..order all the food with the asterisk first. 26 bucks..pleasant ambience, shall go back there someday! They have tomyam soup..where the smell is overpowering, fish maw(not bad!), aiya all that usual sour and spicy thai food lo.

Andd our celebration comes with a theme..the geek..which not all of us quite dressed up to it LOL. masa looked like a total OL can..somemore same colour as jz haha! great effort for jz's plaits and i liked ry's red geekspecs. ok Im not better off I wore my dad's shirt..HAHA..last resort man. I actually met up with jo to borrow her PLMGS pe attire but its too lakkok to wear to town after the change of plans. my dad's was a 80's kind of ralph lauren shirt...can i say its vintage?? :)

Played with the whistling sparklers at the park in front of the supreme court..super loud and smelly la..some sparks flew and burnt masa's neck..ok not as serious as it sounds but ya. Exchanged christmas pressies!! oh man! ed got the jz oneee....which i like alsooo rarrh.

Its really a nice christmas eve evening, so heartwarming to spend it with close friends (: Now that christmas day is going to be over, Im looking forward to watching pyrotechnics on new year's eve! ok hope masa and jz and ry can upload the picturesss man! (:
