like a soul spitting fire

School's starting on Monday. I think I am ready, I guess. Its the last semester of my course, the last lap of the study years and the last few months as a student. I feel no sadness. Just more excited about the new working life and getting busy with a purpose. Not that studying isn't a purpose, but I see it only as a foundation. You lay the foundation, ok great its time to move on.

Played netball during the holidays. Liked ball games since primary school, but netball wasn't a registered CCA so there was no chance for me to play in secondary school and JC. MAE didn't get to first place but we all played just for fun. which was good! no pressure. felt so healthy and happy that time(:

Feeling a little panicky cos I didn't get to start on my final year project. I couldn't start until I get my laser license, which I've done everything to apply for it and I'm just waiting for the official email. The whole process just led me to thinking that government organizations are slow, inefficient and sometimes quite stupid. The rigidity of the documentation and application process just makes me feel like laughing..I can't help it. Its too extreme. Because I haven't done anything substantial for my fyp, I'm quite sure the enormity of the project's incompleteness will swallow me whole. ohmygod

I got the following excerpt from my favourite blog, the bobbyhundreds blog. Bobby Kim is a Korean American fronting the brand: TheHundreds. They basically sell streetwear for guys. I'm very impressed by his personal blog, which writes about his own experiences as an ex law student other than the usual creative content of graphics tees and photography. All the fancy speak but I still like his writing. He writes poems, talks about religions, globalism, politics, and us as the generation of degenerates..very impressive and spot on.
