finally we met

Got 3 simultaneous jabs; 1 for DPT (not sure whats that),1 for flu and the last one for typhoid. Its really crazy considering how scared I was of taking jabs..the last jab I had was during secondary school days..for Hep B. 6 or 7 years ago? Bad experience..needle in and out cos I was too tense.

Anyway, I think the nurse saw the perplexed look on my face..so she explained that taking all 3 at one shot is better than waiting for 5 mins to take another one or to come back another day. I've no choice but to agree..since she already prepared the 3 jabs. homg..first one was ok..she told me not to look and breathe in. Slightly more pain than an ant's bite. Whoever said that injections are like ant's bite is bullshit-ing.hahah
The last was the most painful one..cos I tensed up again! But well, i guess she got it through still and thank goodness everything was over before I know it(: BG i am!

Walked around with ed in town before meeting ry. Went to the much much dreaded IT show! Only God knows how much I dislike crowds..esp crowds at the IT show. LOL..I know I know Im being such an ass but I recovered fast after the IT thing! The whole IT business is just..just like how much I don't like to get into Sim Lim Square. Get what I mean? oh wells..its over anyhow.

Omg its been so long since I last met up with the girls! Thats the thing about us, we stop meeting for 3,4 weeks..each getting busy with our own stuffs and me still slacking at home..and when we meet up, woolala! Cant stop talking and screaming and shouting like spoilt radios.

Xiu was so funny I kept laughing at her I don't know why. I mean her jokes la..and she's so poor thing for the past week! Had some serious shoulder sprain which made her cry throughout the sinseh session, and when her dad drove over a hump. Sore eye which cannot be opened and highly sensitive to light..just not her week man. but shes got better now! so relieved for her..(:

We were supposed to meet jz at 930 but I met xiu at 430..I have absolutely no idea how we survived the 5 hours of doing nothing and not having the mood for shopping in Orchard. But theres no harm in window shopping in Zara! hahaha

Ate the splitzza! Roasted duck and mushroom both which I can never get enough of. Ry is just so very very random, but she read my mind! Soon after eating, she said she felt like having supper. And I shouted ba chor mee! After a series of high five and girl dances..we decided there were no places to eat that except bedok85 which is too far away..so we gave up the idea. I had the craving for hot soup until today.

The band that night was Enigma, it was my first time listening to them but they are good too! Everythings better than Sherlyn tan la..ok im no hater, they are just not good enough..woooooaaarrr haha just kidding. The lady lead singer sang taylor swift, alicia keys, westlife, No doubt..all which I favour! So the night's good(: I drank Gin and tonic, wanted to try gin and tonic without ice but the weather is just too warm so I changed my mind.

Love that drink and I wasnt the high one ok, Ry and Xiu were the ones. Not me and jz.hahaha We played some drinking games except that there werent enough drinks to go around. We also thought of alot of themes and guestlist for ry's upcoming birthday.

1. Lingerie theme (wth!)
2. Marissa (everybody's gotta dress up like her cos she is missed)
3. Grey (so gloomy but ry's fav colour)
4. Lady Gaga (yet again, put more kermit crabs!)

But all these went down the drain when I killed an insect with the napkin I wrote on. Quite a struggle.
